《GB/T 18700.3-2002远动设备及系统 第6-702部分:与ISO标准和ITU-T建议兼容的远动协议 在端系统中提供TASE.2应用服务的功能协议子集》由TC82（全国电力系统管理及其信息交换标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本部分是《远动设备和系统 第6部分：与ISO标准和ITU-T建议兼容的远动协议》的一部分，是一个功能协议子集（FP），定义了在两个控制中心端系统之间TASE.2通信服务的条款。本部分支持的传输服务与互连控制中心端系统网络定义的传输功能协议子集一致。
Scope
This part is a part of "Telecontrol Equipment and System Part 6: Telecontrol Protocol Compatible with ISO Standard and ITU-T Recommendation", which is a functional protocol profile (FP), which defines the two control center end systems Inter-TASE.2 Terms of Communication Services. The transmission service supported by this part is consistent with the transmission function protocol profile defined by the interconnection control center end system network. As shown in Figure 1. FP also defines the provision of the presentation layer and session layer services of the Osl connection mode between end systems. IS0/ISP 14226 specifies the AMMll protocol subset for MMS, IS0/ISP 14226-1 and IS0/ISP 14226-2 are components of ISO/ISP 14226, they cover each protocol subset as the basis of the FP. FP should be as consistent as possible with IS0/ISP l4226, and be compatible by reference. In addition to IS0/ISP l4226, TASE.2 has some requirements. These requirements are specified in the FP.
