1 Scope

This standard specifies the inspecting specification for railway wagon dumper and bulk cargo unfreezing warehouse.
This standard is applicable to the inspection of railway wagon dumper (with total dumping weight of 100t or below) and bulk cargo unfreezing warehouse.
