《GB/T 18846-2008地理标志产品 沾化冬枣》由TC554（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC554SC1（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会地理标志分会）执行，主管部门为国家知识产权局。
本标准代替ＧＢ１８８４６―２００２《原产地域产品　沾化冬枣》。本标准规定了沾化冬枣的地理标志产品保护范围、术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的沾化冬枣。本标准与ＧＢ１８８４６―２００２相比主要变化如下：
―――将标准由强制性改为推荐性；
―――根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《地理标志产品保护规定》，修改相关名称内容；
―――修改了术语和定义，使之表述更准确；并增加了“脆熟期”的定义（本版的４．７）；
―――修改了“苗木繁育”和“栽培技术”（本版的５．３、５．４）；
―――根据生产实际情况调整了“质量等级”中“单果重”指标（本版的５．６）。

Scope

This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of geographical indication products of Zhanhua Dongzao. This standard is applicable to Zhanhua Dongzao approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
