本标准规定了国际贸易中贸易伙伴之间进行商业数据信息交换中所用的售货合同报文的结构和标记的定义。本标准适用于国际贸易中一般出口货物的销售合同的电子数据交换，本标准以通用的国际贸易惯例为基础，而不局限于某特定的业务和行业类型。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition of the structure and marks of sales contract messages used in the exchange of commercial data information between trading partners in international trade. This standard applies to the electronic data exchange of sales contracts for general export goods in international trade. This standard is based on general international trade practices and is not limited to a specific type of business and industry.
