《GB/T 18948-2003轿车和轻型商用车辆 冷却系统用纯胶管和橡胶软管》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC1（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会软管分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了自重为3.5t以下（含3.5t）的轿车和轻型商用车辆内燃机使用的含有1.2-乙二醇基的冷却剂（防冻液）的加压和无压冷却系统中用的纯胶管（非增强橡胶软管）和橡胶软管的要求。本标准适用地预成型或直接挤出的纯胶管和橡胶软管。本标准不适用于以短纤维增强胶料制成的橡胶软管。

Scope

This standard specifies the pressure and non-pressure cooling system used in the internal combustion engines of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a dead weight of 3.5 tons or less (including 3.5 tons) containing 1.2-ethylene glycol-based coolant (antifreeze) Requirements for pure rubber hoses (non-reinforced rubber hoses) and rubber hoses. This standard applies to preformed or directly extruded pure rubber hoses and rubber hoses. This standard does not apply to rubber hoses made of short fiber reinforced rubber compounds.
