《GB/T 19110-2003缩微摄影技术检查轮转式缩微摄影机系统性能用的测试标板》由TC86（全国文献影像技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准修改采用ISO 10594:1997，本标准规定了检验16mm轮转式缩微摄影机的摄影质量、机械性能用测试标板的构成和应用方法。本标准规定的测试标板适用于：评价摄影机性能，如购买前建立原始参考资料；验收测试，如维修后确认达到购买时的指标；例行检查，如周查或月查。

Scope

This standard specifies the composition and application method of the test target used to test the photographic quality and mechanical properties of the 16 mm rotary microfilm camera. The test target board specified in this standard is applicable to: ——evaluation of camera performance, such as establishing original reference materials before purchase; ——acceptance test, such as confirming that the index at the time of purchase is reached after maintenance; ——routine inspection, such as weekly inspection or monthly inspection check.
