本标准规定了猪水泡病病毒分离及鉴定、反向间接血疑试验、琼脂凝胶免疫扩散试验和病毒中和试验的技术要求。本标准适用于猪水泡病的诊断。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the isolation and identification of porcine vesicular disease virus, reverse indirect hemagglutination test (RIHA), agar gel immunodiffusion test (AGID) and virus neutralization test (VN). This standard applies to the diagnosis of porcine vesicular disease. The reverse indirect hemagglutination test and the agar gel immunodiffusion test are suitable for a large number of sample screening tests, including origin quarantine, epidemic monitoring, epidemiological investigation and the establishment of healthy pigs without this disease; virus neutralization test (VN) is suitable for Diagnosis and quarantine of imported and exported pigs and assessment of antibody levels.
