Scope

This standard describes the test methods for the qualitative evaluation of the potential biodegradability of materials under the action of specific microorganisms. This standard is only applicable to the qualitative evaluation of the biodegradation and disintegration ability of the test material, and cannot be used as a quantitative basis for judging whether the material biodegradation and disintegration.
