Scope

This standard specifies the analytical methods for the identification of lithium hexafluorophosphate, the determination of hexafluorophosphate, moisture, lithium content, impurity metal ions, and dimethoxyethane (DME) insoluble matter in lithium hexafluorophosphate products. This standard applies to the analysis of relevant components in lithium hexafluorophosphate products. Molecular formula: LiPF6 Relative molecular mass: 151.90 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 1999)
