《GB/T 19389-2003载重汽车轮胎滚动周长试验方法》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC1（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会汽车工农业机械轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了载重汽车轮胎在负荷条件下，测量滚动周长和每单位距离（千米）转数的试验方法。本标准适用于所有新的载重汽车轮胎。
Scope
This standard specifies the test method for measuring the rolling circumference and the number of revolutions per unit distance (km) of truck tires under load. This standard applies to all new truck tires.
