1 Scope

This standard specifies classification, requirements, test, code and label and inspection rules of hazardous properties for dangerous goods of civil explosives.
This standard is applicable to the inspection of hazardous properties for dangerous goods of civil explosives
This standard is not applicable to inspection of hazardous properties for the undermentioned goods:
——Hazardous properties for military explosives;
——Hazardous properties for explosives in the production process;
——Hazardous properties for unpacked explosion substances in transit;
——Hazardous properties caused by influence of static or electromagnetic field;
——Hazardous properties caused by misoperation or operation against rules;
——Special hazardous properties under other abnormal transportation condition.
