本标准规定了石油天然/储量的分类和定义。本标准适用于资源/储量计量、评审和统计，也适用于国内采矿权和开发方案的审批、矿业权转让和油气勘探开发筹资、融资等活动中的储量中介评估。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification and definition of oil and gas resources/reserves (hereinafter referred to as resources/reserves). This standard applies to the calculation, review and statistics of resources/reserves, and also applies to the approval of domestic mining rights and development plans, the transfer of mining rights, and the intermediary evaluation of reserves in activities such as financing and financing of oil and gas exploration and development.
