《GB/T 19696-2008地理标志产品 平阴玫瑰》由TC554（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC554SC1（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会地理标志分会）执行，主管部门为国家知识产权局。
本标准根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《地理标志产品保护规定》与ＧＢ／Ｔ１７９２４《地理标志产品标准通用要求》制定。本标准规定了平阴玫瑰的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的平阴玫瑰。 本标准代替ＧＢ１９６９６―２００５《原产地域产品　平阴玫瑰》。
本标准与ＧＢ１９６９６―２００５相比主要变化如下：
―――由强制性国家标准改为推荐性国家标准；
―――修改了标准中英文名称；
―――修改了对嫁接育苗的要求；
―――调整了玫瑰干花蕾的水分指标，删除了玫瑰干花蕾的维生素Ｃ 的含量指标；
―――修改了保质期的要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the geographical standard product Pingyin rose, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, natural environment, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to Pingyin roses produced within the scope of protection approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
