Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, test conditions and methods of signals and interfaces between sensors and display, recording or data transmission equipment in hydrological instruments, and between hydrological instruments and other automation system equipment. This standard applies to various types of sensors, display and recording instruments, digital transmission equipment and automation system equipment in hydrological instruments.
