本标准规定了测量手臂系统为负载时弹性材料的振动传递率的方法。本方法适用工具有线性特性的所有材料。在大多数弹性泡沫材料和橡胶材料中都可使用本方法,暂时也可以用于编织材料。本方法可用于混合系统,例如带有泡沫或橡胶基板的编织材料。这种实验室测试的结果可用于筛选工具手柄减振和手套使用的材料。本方法能实现对手套的材料进行分级,但未必能预测用这些材料制作的手套的传递率(手套振动传递率的测量见GB/T 18703―2002手套掌部振动传递率的测量与评价)。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the vibration transmissibility of elastic materials when the arm system is loaded. This method is applicable to all materials for which the tool has linear properties. This method can be used on most resilient foam and rubber materials, and temporarily also on woven materials. This method can be used in hybrid systems such as woven materials with foam or rubber substrates. The results of this laboratory test can be used to screen vibration dampening materials for tool handles and gloves. This method can classify glove materials, but it may not be able to predict the transmissibility of gloves made of these materials (see GB/T 18703-2002 Measurement and Evaluation of Vibration Transmittance of the Palm of Gloves for the measurement of glove vibration transmissibility).
