《GB/T 19751-2005混合动力电动汽车安全要求》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部
本标准规定了M类混合动力电动汽车特殊的安全要求。本标准适用于车载电路的最大工作电压低于660 V(AC)或1000 V(DC)的M类混合动力电动汽车。其他类混合动力电动汽车可参照执行。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the special safety requirements for M -hybrid electric vehicles (see definitions in GB/T 19596 for the hybrid electric vehicles).
This standard is applicable to the M-hybrid electric vehicles (as specified in GB 156-1993) of which the on-board circuit is less than 660V (AC) or 1000V (DC) in the maximum operating voltage. The hybrid electric vehicles of other types may refer to this standard.
