本标准规定了聚乙烯管材与管材或管材与管件插口端热熔对接组件的制备方法。考虑到相关产品标准中规定的使用限制条件和所用管材的类型,本标准规定了焊接参数,如环境温度、接头几何尺寸和熔接参数等。焊接环境的不同会影响到待测组件的连接性能。根据生产商的说明书和/或相关标准,制备组件的熔接工艺和参数可以进行适当调整。
Scope
This standard specifies the preparation method for the hot-melt butt joint assembly of polyethylene pipes and pipes or pipes and pipe fittings. This standard specifies welding parameters, such as ambient temperature, joint geometry and fusion parameters, etc., taking into account the use restrictions specified in the relevant product dimensions and the type of pipe material used. The difference in welding environment will affect the connection performance of the component under test. According to the manufacturer's instructions and/or relevant standards, the welding process and parameters of the prepared components can be adjusted appropriately.
