Scope
This document specifies the classification and grading of power quality monitoring equipment (hereinafter referred to as "monitoring equipment"), its technical requirements, and describes the corresponding test methods. It also stipulates the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document applies to fixed and portable monitoring equipment used in AC power systems; other equipment with power quality monitoring functions should refer to this document for further details.
