《GB/T 19868.4-2005基于预生产焊接试验的工艺评定》由TC55（全国焊接标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本部分规定了基于预生产焊接试验的焊接工艺评定要求。本部分适用于金属材料的熔化焊和电阻焊。但在实际应川时，具体的适用范围可根据相关标准或 规程确定。

1 Scope

This Part specifies the qualification requirements for welding procedure based on pre-production welding test.
This Part is applicable to fusion welding and resistance welding of metallic materials. But in the actual application, the use of this Part can be restricted by an application standard or specification.

The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this Part of GB / T 19868, constitute provisions of this Part. For dated reference, subsequent amendments (excluding corrigendum content) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, all parties coming to an agreement according to this Part are encouraged to study whether the latest editions of these documents are applicable. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.
