Introduction

Analysis of GB/T 19889.2-2020 core technical requirements

I. Background of standard formulation

Building sound insulation laboratory has maintained an average annual growth of 8% in testing demand since the implementation of the 2005 version of the standard. The revised version incorporates the requirements of ISO 12999-1:2019 international standard and adds a 50-5000Hz wide frequency band evaluation system.

II. Comparison of core evaluation methods

Evaluation method Application scenario Expanded uncertainty
GUM modeling Precision laboratory testing (such as window component univariate analysis) 0.48dB
Inter-laboratory comparison Field measurement (such as building exterior wall verification) 1.2-2.6dB

III. Single Value Evaluation Practice

For the weighted sound insulation RW indicator:

  • α coefficient probability analysis: Lightweight partition wall recommends using 95% one-sided confidence factor k=1.65
  • State B control process: When verifying the sound insulation windows of thermal power plants on site, σsitu is not greater than 0.9dB
 U = k·u (k=2 contains probability ≈95%)

IV. Key Technology Evolution

Compared with the 2005 version:

  1. Added an in-situ test compensation correction algorithm
  2. Introduced a three-dimensional spatial equilibrium model for impact sound correction
  3. Unified the accounting standards for six categories of single-value quantities
