《GB/T 19912-2005轮胎式集装箱门式起重机安全规程》由TC530（全国港口标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了轮胎式集装箱门式起重机在设计、制造、安装试验、使用保养、维修与检验等方面的安全技术要求。本标准适用于装卸GB/T 1413规定的1AA、1A、1CC、1C型国际集装箱的起重机。


Scope

This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for the design, manufacture, installation test, use and maintenance, repair and inspection of rubber-tyred container gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard is applicable to cranes for loading and unloading international containers of type 1AA, 1A, 1CC and 1C specified in GB/T 1413.
