《GB/T 19919-2005小艇 窗、舷窗、舱口盖、风暴盖和门 强度和密封性要求》由TC241（全国小艇标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了艇体长度为不大于24m小艇上的窗、舷窗、舱口盖、风暴盖和门在计及小艇类型、设计类型和部件的部位后的技术要求。本标准中所考虑的部件只是对小艇的水密性有决定性作用，即在其板破损后会导致艇进水的部件。本标准主要适用于游艇、也可适用于艇体长度不大于24m的非游艇小艇(不包括救生艇)。但本标准不适用于在恶劣条件下使用的商用艇或工作艇。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for windows, portholes, hatch covers, storm covers and doors on small boats with a hull length not greater than 24m, taking into account the type, design category and parts of the small boat. Parts considered in this standard are only those parts that are decisive for the watertightness of the boat, ie those parts that would lead to flooding of the boat after the damage of its plating. This standard is mainly applicable to yachts, and can also be applied to non-yacht small boats (excluding lifeboats) with a hull length not greater than 24m. However, this standard does not apply to commercial or work boats used in severe conditions.
