《GB/T 19951-2005道路车辆-静电放电产生的电骚扰试验方法》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准规定了安装在道路车辆内的电子模块和系统的静电放电(ESD)的试验方法，包括在台架和整车两种状态下评价电子模块的程序。另外，本标准还规定了对包装般运中模块的ESD敏感度分类试验规程，对静电放电试验模拟器的校准程序，以及针对抗扰度的功能状态分类。本标准适用于所有道路车辆，不管它使用的是何种驱动系统(例如火花点火发动机，柴油发动机，电动机)。

1 Scope

This standard specifies electrostatic discharge (ESD) test methods for evaluating electronic modules and systems intended for use in road vehicles, including procedures for evaluating electronic modules both on the bench and in completed vehicles. Additionally, it specifies a test procedure for classifying the ESD sensitivity of modules for packaging and handling, and a procedure for calibrating the simulator used to generate the electrostatic discharges, as well as functional status classifications for immunity to ESD.
This standard is applicable to all types of road vehicles, regardless of the vehicle propulsion system (e.g. spark-ignition engine, diesel engine, electric motor).
