GB/T19981的本部分规定了织物和服装按 GB/T19981有关程序清洗和整烫后性能的评价方法。
本部分适用于评价由清洗和整烫引起的织物和服装性能的变化。本部分列出了评定这些变化的现行标准,附录 A 中列出了目前尚无评价方法标准但又非常重要的性能,以及对其进行评价的建议方法。

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 19981 specifies a method for assessing the performance of fabrics and garments which have been cleaned and finished according to the associated procedures stated in GB/T 19981.
This part is applicable to the assessment of performance changes arising from cleaning and finishing of fabrics and garments. The current standards applicable to assessing these changes are given as appropriate. Other properties which are also important, but for which there are no standards providing methods of assessment, are indicated in Appendix A, together with advice on how to proceed on their assessment.
