《GB/T 20111.5-2020电气绝缘系统 热评定规程 第5部分:设计寿命5000h及以下的应用》由TC301(全国电气绝缘材料与绝缘系统评定标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T20111.5-2020 establishes a systematic thermal assessment technical framework for application scenarios of electrical insulation systems with a design life of ≤5000h. The standard innovatively proposes three procedural assessment schemes:
| Assessment procedure | Scope of application | Temperature requirement | Life determination |
|---|---|---|---|
| Procedure A | ≤1500h | ≥design temperature+10K | Average life ≥1500h |
| Procedure B | ≤5000h | ≥design temperature+10K | can be extended to 5000h |
| Procedure C | ≤5000h | Dual temperature points (20-35K) | Aging diagram analysis method |
Key technical requirements
1. Temperature gradient control
The standard clearly stipulates: The high temperature point should be 10K higher than the low temperature point, among which:
- Low temperature point: design temperature +20K~30K
- High temperature point: design temperature +30K~35K
2. Test cycle design
Each test cycle includes:
- Thermal aging sub-cycles specified in GB/T20112
- Conditional treatment specified in GB/T20111.4
- Diagnostic test (selected according to GB/T20111.4)
Analysis of implementation points
Case: Evaluation of insulation system of new energy vehicle motor
A certain type of drive motor adopts epoxy resin impregnation system, with a design life of 3000h:
- Select Procedure B for evaluation
- Set aging temperature = design temperature (180℃) + 15K = 195℃
- The system did not fail when the cumulative aging time reached 3200h
- The final evaluation result was EIS TE180℃/3000h
Comparison of standard evolution
| Version | Core changes | Technological breakthroughs |
|---|---|---|
| IEC61857-31:2017 | Basic framework | Single temperature point evaluation |
| GB/T20111.5-2020 | Localization improvement | New double temperature point method |
Application recommendations
- Procedure selection: Short-term application (≤1500h) preferably uses procedure A, while medium- and long-term application recommends procedure C
- Temperature verification: The actual temperature gradient needs to be confirmed by an infrared thermal imager or other equipment
- Data recording: Strictly record parameters such as oven type and ventilation rate in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 8
- Extended application: When the assessment scope needs to be upgraded, the benchmark EIS comparison test should be supplemented
