《GB/T 20147-2006CIE标准色度观测者》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC4（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会照明基础分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本国际标准规定在色度学中使用的色匹配函数。规定了两种色匹配函数。
　　a)CIE 1931标准色度观测者色匹配函数
　　b)CIE 1964补充标准色度观测者色匹配函数

Scope

This standard specifies the color matching functions used in colorimetry. Two kinds of color matching functions are specified a) CIE 1931 Standard Colorimetric Observer Color Matching Function This color matching function gives the The color matching characteristics when the field of view is about 1⁰～4⁰ under the best photopic vision. b) CIE 1964 Supplementary Standard Chromaticity Observer Color Matching Function This color matching function gives the observer with normal color vision under sufficiently high photopic vision, and in the spectral power distribution such that the retinal columnar cell receptors are not involved Bottom, Color matching properties in a field of view larger than 4⁰.
