Scope

This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analysis steps for the determination of microcystin (cyclic heptapeptide) in water by high performance liquid chromatography and indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This standard applies to the determination of microcystins in drinking water, lake water, river water, and surface water. The detection limit of microcystin in the sample: both high performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were 0.1 μg/L.
