《GB/T 20536-2006基于XML的托运通知报文》由TC83（全国电子业务标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了运输过程中相关的参与方之间进行数据交换所使用的基于XML格式的托运通知的报文结构和标记的定义，以及XML Schema的结构。
本标准适用于货物托运预通知信息的电子数据交换，在发货人、发货人代理、承运人、受理机构和/或当地代理之间进行传输，提供货物（包括危险品）的详细信息；也适用于提供货物相关的保险信息。

Scope

This standard stipulates the definition of the message structure and markup of the XML-based consignment notification used for data exchange between relevant parties in the transportation process, as well as the structure of XML and Schema. This standard applies to the electronic data exchange of pre-notification information for consignment of goods, which is transmitted between the consignor, consignor's agent, carrier, receiving agency and/or local agent, and provides detailed information on the consignment (including dangerous goods). Information; also applies to providing insurance information related to the cargo.
