Chemical composition control
The new version of the standard adds a strict requirement of nitrogen content ≤4.0% for VN19 grade, and ensures the accuracy of trace element detection through inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Typical application cases show that the vanadium recovery rate of VN16 grade is increased by 2.3% compared with the old version.
Test method upgrade
- Particle size determination: Cancel the mechanical screening method and uniformly adopt the manual scoring method
- Apparent density: VN19 density threshold is reduced to 2.6g/cm³ to adapt to the characteristics of new materials
- Sample preparation process: Added grinding particle size control (≤0.125mm) requirements
