Scope
This standard applies to indexable carbide inserts fixed by circular settling holes for mechanical clamping tools. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO 698771-1983 "Chamfered carbide indexable inserts with partial cylindrical fixed holes - Part 1: Dimensions of 7-way relief corner inserts".
