Introduction

Standard Evolution and Core Changes

Technical Dimensions 2007 Edition 2024 Edition Upgrade Highlights
System Architecture Four-Level Architecture Five-Level Architecture (Newly Added ANCC) Strengthening Unified Management at the Line and Network Level
Credential Types 4 Types of Physical Tickets 6 Types (Added Biometrics/NFC) Support for Multimodal Authentication
Performance Indicators 12 key indicators 28 items (such as AGM tailgating detection) Improved security and accuracy

Detailed explanation of key technical specifications

1. Passenger credential system

The new version of the standard formally incorporates biometric credentials into the specification, requiring that the storage of biometric templates such as facial/palmprints must comply with the encryption standard of GB/T 40660. The size tolerance of physical tickets is tightened to ±0.055mm, and the number of IC card reads and writes is increased from 50,000 times to 100,000 times.

2. Terminal Equipment Performance

  • Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (TVM): Ticket storage capacity ≥ 500 tickets, ticket issuing time ≤ 2s
  • Gate-type Ticket Checker: Added safety indicators such as impact force ≤ 150N, tailgating alarm distance < 300mm
  • Portable Ticket Validator (PCA): Continuous working time ≥ 6h, cycle life 500 times

Special Requirements for Network Security

According to GB/T 22239 Level 3 Security Standard:

  1. ANCC system must deploy two-factor authentication (password + biometrics)
  2. Data transmission is encrypted using the national secret algorithm SM4
  3. The transaction log retention period is extended from 3 months to 6 months

Typical case: During the transformation of the Shanghai Metro AFC system, quantum encryption technology was used to protect data transmission between LCC and SC.

Implementation Suggestions

Renovation Path Planning

Phase Work Content Period
1. Terminal Upgrade Replace the reader/writer module that supports QR/NFC 3-6 months
2. System Migration Deploy the cloud-based ANCC clearing system 6-12 months

It is recommended to give priority to the modular transformation of the self-service ticketing terminal to meet the transition period requirements between the old and new standards.
