《GB/T 20908-2007城市轨道交通接触网检测车通用技术条件》由333（住房和城乡建设部）归口，主管部门为住房和城乡建设部。
该标准规定了城市轨道交通线路用接触网监测车的使用条件、技术要求、试验和验收、备品备件与质量保证等；适用于采用标准电压为DC750V或DC1500V，接触网供电，走行轨回流的城市轨道交通线路用接触网监测车。

Scope

This standard specifies the conditions of use, technical requirements, testing and acceptance, spare parts and quality assurance of catenary testing vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "testing vehicles") for urban rail transit lines. This standard applies to catenary inspection vehicles for urban rail transit lines with a nominal voltage of DC 750V or DC 1500V, catenary power supply, and return flow of the running rail.
