本标准规定了石油天然气工业注水泥浮动装置的性能测试方法。本标准适用于石油天然气工业井下作业用封隔器和桥塞。本标准仅适用于水基钻井液工况的注水泥浮动装置，不适用于非水基钻井液工况。
Scope
This standard specifies the performance test methods for cemented floating installations in the oil and gas industry. This standard applies to cemented floating devices for water-based drilling fluid conditions, but not for non-water-based drilling fluid conditions.
