《GB/T 21063.3-2007政务信息资源目录体系 第3部分：核心元数据》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 21063的本部分规定了描述政务信息资源特征所需的核心数据及其表达方式，给出了各核心数据的定义和著录规则。本部分规定了6个必选的核心数据和6个可选核心数据，用以描述政务信息资源的标识、内容、管理等信息，并给出了核心数据的扩展原则和方法。本部分适用于政务信息资源目录的编目、建库、发布和查询。

Scope

This part of GB/T 21063 stipulates the core metadata and its representation methods required to describe the characteristics of government information resources, and gives the definition and description rules of each core metadata. This part specifies 6 mandatory core metadata and 6 optional core metadata, which are used to describe the identification, content, management and other information of government information resources, and gives the expansion principles and methods of core metadata. This part applies to the cataloging, database building, release and query of the catalog of government information resources.
