本部分修改采用ISO 15782-2：2001《银行业务证书管理第2部分：证书扩展项》，摘录了从GB/T 16264.8-2005中选择的证书扩展项的定义；规定了由金融服务行业使用证书扩展项的附加要求。

Scope

This part: ——excerpts and adopts the definition of certificate extensions selected from GB/T 16264.8-2005; ——specifies the additional requirements for certificate extensions used by the financial service industry. This section will be used in financial institution standards, including ISO 15782-1. Note: ISO/IEC 8825-1 specifies the ASN.1-specific encoding rules (DER) for the certificate extensions defined for ASN.1 encoding. The DER rules defined by GB/T 16264.8-2005 are not perfect and may cause ambiguity when encoding some values. ——Excerpt and adopt the definition of certificate extensions selected from GB/T 16264.8-2005; ——Specify the additional requirements for certificate extensions used by the financial service industry.
