《GB/T 21179-2007镍及镍合金废料》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，TC243SC2（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会）执行，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了镍及镍合金废料的分类、要求、检验方法、检验规则和包装、标志、运输和储存。本标准适用于镍废料的国内外贸易、再生有色金属熔炼企业，也适用于加工制造企业使用的镍废料。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification; requirements; inspection methods; inspection rules and packaging; marking; transportation and storage of nickel and nickel alloy waste (hereinafter collectively referred to as nickel waste). This standard is applicable to domestic and foreign trade of nickel scrap; recycled non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises are also applicable to nickel scrap used by processing and manufacturing enterprises.
