《GB/T 21332-2008硬质泡沫塑料 水蒸气透过性能的测定》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了硬质泡沫塑料的水蒸气透过量、水蒸气透过率、水蒸气透过系数和水蒸气扩散阻力指数的测定方法。本标准适用于厚度为10mm以上的硬质泡沫塑料。可以是完整材料 也可以是自结层或粘附表层材料的泡沫材料。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods of water vapor transmission rate, water vapor transmission rate, water vapor transmission coefficient and water vapor diffusion resistance index of rigid foamed plastics. This standard applies to rigid foam plastics with a thickness of more than 10 mm. It can be a solid material or a foam material with a self-bonded layer or adhered skin material. This standard stipulates three different temperature and humidity conditions: a) 38℃, humidity gradient is O﹪~88﹪; b) 23℃, humidity gradient is O﹪~85﹪; c) 23℃, humidity gradient is O﹪ ~50% The results obtained by this method can be used for product design, production control and product specification. This method is suitable for materials with a water vapor transmission rate in the range of 3 mg/(m s) to 200 mg/(m s)
