《GB/T 21398-2008农林机械 电磁兼容性 试验方法和验收规则》由TC201（全国农业机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了由制造厂生产的拖拉机及各种移动式（包括手提式）农林机械、园林机械的电磁兼容性评估的试验方法和验收标准。本标准适用于在此标准颁布日期之后生产的机器及电子电器组件（ESA）。本标准不适用由公共输电线直接提供低电压电流的机器。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods and acceptance criteria for the electromagnetic compatibility evaluation of tractors and various mobile (including portable) agricultural and forestry machinery and garden machinery produced by the manufacturer. This standard applies to machines and electrical and electronic assemblies (ESAs) produced after the date of publication of this standard. Electrical and electronic components or ESAs installed on machines apply to this standard, except for the immunity of machine accessories whose functions do not include direct control and state regulation. This standard does not apply to machines that are directly supplied with low-voltage current by public power lines. Chapter 7 of this standard specifies the relevant tests that are not necessary for machines, electrical and electronic systems or ESA under exceptional circumstances.
