《GB/T 21413.2-2008铁路应用 机车车辆电气设备 第2部分: 电工器件 通用规则》由TC278（全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会）归口，TC278SC1（全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会机车车辆电气分会）执行，主管部门为国家铁路局。
本标准规定了机车车辆主电路、辅助电路、控制和指示电路中安装的所有电工器件的通用规则。目的是使GB/T 21413.1所规定的一般条件适用于机车车辆上的所有电工器件。

Scope

On the basis of GB/T 21413.1, this part specifies the general rules for all electrotechnical devices installed in the rolling stock main circuit, auxiliary circuit, control and indicating circuit. The purpose of this part is to make the general conditions stipulated in GB/T 21413.1 applicable to all electrical devices on the rolling stock, so as to ensure the consistency of the technical requirements and tests of the corresponding devices. Electrical devices mainly refer to switchgear and control equipment, including relays, switches, resistors, fuses, etc., but excluding their control parts. This part gives: a) characteristics of the device; b) conditions of use that the device should follow; c) test items and test methods used to verify that the device meets the characteristics under the conditions of use; d) information that should be marked or given on the electrical appliance . This section does not apply to industrial appliances, which should comply with their respective product standards. In order to ensure that these electrical appliances work normally on rolling stock, this section only specifies the special requirements for these electrical appliances under the conditions of railway application. For this reason, there should be special documents to explain the additional requirements that industrial electrical appliances should meet, such as: - Which kind of working conditions are applicable (such as control voltage, environmental conditions, etc.); Installation and use; - carry out additional tests to verify that these devices can meet the conditions of use of rolling stock.
