《GB/T 21414-2008铁路应用 机车车辆 电气隐患防护的规定》由TC278(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会)归口,TC278SC1(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会机车车辆电气分会)执行,主管部门为国家铁路局。
本标准适用于机车车辆电气装置和设备的设计和制造,以保护有关人员不受电击。其要求根据不同的操作和步骤而有所不同。适用于铁路运输系统的车辆、由外部供电的公路车辆、磁悬浮车辆以及车辆上的设备。
Scope
This standard applies to the design and manufacture of rolling stock electrical installations and equipment to protect the personnel involved from electric shock. Its requirements vary for different operations and procedures. This standard applies to vehicles in railway transportation systems, road vehicles (trams) powered by external sources, maglev vehicles and equipment on vehicles. This standard does not apply to: mine railways in underground mines; - railway hoists, mobile platforms and similar transport systems; - ropeways; - temporary installations. Test the vehicle according to the requirements of the standard, see IEC 61133.
