《GB/T 21662-2008塑料购物袋的快速检测方法与评价》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了塑料购物袋的抽样、感官、标识、厚度、宽度和长度偏差、承重性能和评价快速检测方法和评价。本标准适用于以树脂为主要原料生产的薄膜、经热合或粘合等制袋工艺加工制得的塑料购物袋。本标准也适用于塑料与其他材料复合的购物袋。本标准仅适用于塑料购物袋的现场快速检验与评价，不适用于塑料购物袋仲裁检验、日常质量控制和型式检验等。

Scope

This standard specifies the sampling, sensory, identification, thickness, width and length deviation, load-bearing performance and evaluation rapid detection methods and evaluation of plastic shopping bags. This standard applies to films made of resin as the main raw material, and plastic shopping bags processed by bag-making processes such as heat sealing or bonding. This standard also applies to shopping bags made of composite plastics and other materials. This standard is only applicable to on-site rapid inspection and evaluation of plastic shopping bags, not applicable to arbitration inspections, daily quality control and type inspections of plastic shopping bags.
