《GB/T 21818-2008化学品固有生物降解性改进的MITI试验（II）》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC251SC1（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会化学品毒性检测分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了化学品固有生物降解性改进的ＭＩＴＩ试验（Ⅱ）的方法概述、试验准备、试验程序、质量控制、数据与报告。
本标准适用于测试试验浓度下非挥发的、对微生物无抑制作用的、不与CO2吸附剂反应的化学品的固有生物降解性。

Scope

This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedure, quality control, data and report of MITI test (Ⅱ) for the improvement of inherent biodegradability of chemicals. This standard applies to testing the inherent biodegradability of chemicals that are non-volatile, have no inhibitory effect on microorganisms, and do not react with CO₂ adsorbents at the test concentration.
