本标准自实施之日起，JB/T 3683-2001《土方机械 操纵的舒适区域与可及范围》同时废止。本标准等同采用ISO 6682:1986《土方机械 操纵的舒适区域与可及范围》（英文版），包括其修正案。本标准根据在司机座椅上不同身材的司机，按交叉的可及能力，规定了操纵的舒适区域与可及范围。本标准可作为土方机械操作舒适性设计的指南。
Scope
This standard stipulates the comfort zone and reachable range of maneuvering according to the driver's seat of different sizes and the accessibility of the crossover. This standard can be used as a guide for the design of earth-moving machinery operating comfort.
