《GB/T 21990-2008聚氯乙烯（PVC）糊 刮板细度的测定》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC7（全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准于１９９２年首次发布。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５―１９９２《聚氯乙烯增塑糊刮板细度的测定》。本标准规定了用刮板细度计测定PVC糊中粗粒粒径的方法。本标准适用于ＰＶＣ 糊粗粒粒径的测定。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５―１９９２的主要技术性差异如下：
―――修改了标准名称；
―――增加了“术语和定义”一章（本版第３章）；
―――删除了刮板细度计的具体规定（１９９２年版的３．１和３．２）。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the particle size of PVC paste coarse particles with a scraper fineness meter. This standard applies to the determination of PVC paste coarse particle size.
