《GB/T 22036-2008轮胎惯性滑行通过噪声测试方法》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了在惯性滑行条件下，测量安装在试验车辆或拖车上轮胎噪声的测试方法。惯性滑行是指发动机关闭，没有动力驱动、变速器空档和试验轮胎处于自由滚动状态的条件。车辆法比拖车法轮胎噪声测试结果更接近实际效果，但轮胎噪声受悬架参数的影响；拖车法测试结果更接近单个轮胎实际产生的噪声。本标准适用于ISO 3833中定义的轿车轮胎和载重汽车轮胎。既不适用于测量车辆在正常行驶条件下轮胎噪声（声场分布），也不适用于测量车辆在正常行驶条件下给定位置上的交通噪声及危害程度。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for measuring tire noise mounted on a test vehicle or trailer under freewheeling conditions. Freewheeling is the condition in which the engine is off, there is no power drive, the transmission is in neutral, and the test tires are in a free-rolling state. The tire noise test results of the vehicle method are closer to the actual effect than the trailer method, but the tire noise is affected by the suspension parameters; the trailer method test results are closer to the actual noise generated by a single tire. This standard applies to passenger car tires and truck tires as defined in ISO 3833. It is neither suitable for measuring the tire noise (sound field distribution) of the vehicle under normal driving conditions, nor is it suitable for measuring the traffic noise and the degree of hazard at a given position of the vehicle under normal driving conditions.
