《GB/T 22077-2008架空导线蠕变试验方法》由TC422(全国裸电线标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准为首次制定的国家标准。
本标准主要适用于如GB/T 1179中规定的架空导线的不间断蠕变试验,并规定了试验结果的数据处理方法。
试验的目的主要是为了计算蠕变量和比较不同导线的蠕变量。
本标准规定试验设备的精度为1%。由于制造工艺的差异,不同导线的蠕变量并非是一个精确的数值。
本标准等同采用IEC 61395:1998《架空导线蠕变试验方法》。本标准对IEC 61395:1998主要修改
如下:
―――删除IEC 61395:1998封面与前言;
―――用小数点符号“.”代替小数点符号“,”;
―――第4章“采用国际单位”改为“法定计量单位”。


Overhead electrical conductors -
Creep test procedures for stranded conductors

1 Scope

This standard is primarily applicable to non-interrupted creep-testing of stranded conductors for overhead lines such as those specified by GB/T 1179. Procedures for interpreting the results are also included.

The object of the test is principally to calculate creep for any purpose and to compare creep of different conductors.

The requirement of this standard aims at an accuracy of 1 %. However, it should be recognized that due to variations occurring in the manufacturing process, the creep obtained in the test is not a precise value for all conductors of the type tested.
