Key technical requirements for segments
1. Material specifications
Cement must meet the requirements of GB175, with alkali content ≤0.6%; the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate ≤31.5mm; the newly added basalt fiber application must comply with GB/T23265.
2. Production process control
- Demolding strength: vacuum suction cup ≥15MPa, other methods ≥20MPa
- Repair standard: crack width <0.20mm, surface defect ≤5% area
