《GB/T 22098-2008啤酒企业HACCP实施指南》由TC471（全国酿酒标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准参照了食品法典委员会（CAC）在《食品卫生总则》附件中的“HACCP体系及其应用准则”；参考欧洲啤酒委员会（EBC）《通过HACCP原理的应用在欧洲酿酒行业实行食品安全管理》、欧盟《啤酒工业食品安全实用指南》等文件。
本标准规定啤酒企业HACCP实施指南的术语和定义、总要求、体系的建立（十二个步骤）。
本标准适用于啤酒企业涉及的产品和生产过程中对重要危害的鉴别、评价和控制（HACCP）的应用。具体实施时，鼓励企业在本标准的基础上根据生产实际情况添加或更改部分内容，以确保HACCP体系适用于企业的目的产品。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, and system establishment (twelve steps) of HACCP implementation guidelines for beer enterprises. This standard applies to the application of the identification, evaluation and control (HACCP) of important hazards in the products and production processes involved in brewing enterprises.
