《GB/T 22111-2008地理标志产品 普洱茶》由TC554（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC554SC1（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会地理标志分会）执行，主管部门为国家知识产权局。
本标准根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局２００５年第７８号令《地理标志产品保护规定》、ＧＢ１７９２４―
１９９９《原产地域产品通用要求》制定。本标准规定了地理标志产品普洱茶的地理标志产品保护范围、术语和定义、类型与等级、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的普洱茶。
Scope
This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, types and grades, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of geographical indication products of Pu'er tea. This standard is applicable to Puerh tea approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
