本标准首次发布。本标准规定了根据噪声发射数据，对于一族、一种型号、一组或一亚组机器或设备，确定噪声控制性能的方法。原则上只要有噪声测试标准或者具有可比的噪声发射数据，该方法适用于任何类型的机器或设备。本标准规定了比较噪声发射数据的方法和要求，可用于确定噪声控制性能。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the noise control performance of a family, a model, a group or a subgroup of machines or equipment based on noise emission data. In principle, this method can be used for any type of machine or equipment as long as there are noise test standards or comparable noise emission data. This standard specifies methods and requirements for comparing noise emission data, which can be used to determine noise control performance. This method allows the evaluation of the noise emission of a single machine or a type of machine within a group of machines, i.e. allows the comparison of the acoustic performance of machines, but with comparable non-acoustic data and areas of application for each machine.
